Over the years I have worked with numbers of realty Sales Associates, brokers, etc. Chris Rouse has so far surpassed anyone I've ever worked with that he is in a league of his own. Chris got all my initial needs, deal breakers, wants, and necessities of the the type of residence I was looking for so he could make sure I got the right alerts of new listings on MLS. Chris started showing me some potential condos and had me tell him what I liked and didn't like. As we kept looking, he quickly got the feel for what I liked. He always took a look at the townhomes and condos before showing them to me so he wouldn't waste my time on a place that didn't meet my needs. I also appreciated that he didn't start showing me places that were above my price range, as others have done with me and with friends in the past. His attitude and desire to find the right place for me was amazing. He has a wide range of contacts to get work done on the place, contractors, electricians, chimney cleaners, etc. He has a background in design and construction so he was able to help me find a replacement cabinet since my new refrigerator woukd have been too tall for the current cabinet. He was at my townhome after purchase to let in the handyman to make some repairs of minor things found on the inspection. I can't say enough good things about Chris.
