With the Client’s Choice Charitable Giving Program, every real estate transaction becomes an opportunity to give back.
As your trusted Realtor in Central Virginia, I donate a portion of my commission to a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity of your choice at the close of your transaction.
Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or selling a property, you can make a positive impact—right here in our local community or across the nation.
💡 How the Program Works:
- You Choose the Charity.
After we go under contract, I’ll ask you to name a nonprofit organization you support. - I Make the Donation.
At closing, I’ll donate a portion of my commission—no strings attached. - The Impact Is Yours.
The donation will be made to a charity of your choice funded by me.
✅ Charity Requirements
To ensure donations go to impactful, inclusive organizations, eligible charities must meet these criteria:
- Be a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit under IRS guidelines
- Be non-political in mission and activities
- Be non-religious or not primarily faith-based
This allows us to focus support on causes like:
- Animal welfare and rescue
- Education and youth development
- Environmental conservation
- Health research and services
- Disaster relief and recovery
- Veteran and military family support
- Hunger and housing assistance
